As the CEO of Positive Thinking Wellness Center, I am dedicated to fostering growth on two fronts: empowering individuals through personal healing and advancing the field of social work through professional mentorship. I provide comprehensive counseling, coaching, clinical supervision, and licensure preparation.

Take the next step toward better mental health. Our therapists offer individualized treatment plans designed to help you manage anxiety, overcome depression, and improve your relationships. Let us support you in navigating life's challenges with confidence.
We believe that effective treatment is not a 'one-size-fits-all' process. In our sessions, we create a safe, judgment-free space where we collaborate to understand your unique story. Using evidence-based techniques tailored to your strengths, we move beyond simply treating symptoms to helping you build the resilience and tools needed for lasting change.

Social work isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling. Yet the realities of the system, overwhelming caseloads, and the emotional intensity of the work can push even the most committed practitioners toward burnout. You spend your days advocating fiercely for others, but advocating for yourself may feel far less familiar.
That’s where I come in. As a coach dedicated exclusively to supporting social workers, I offer a confidential, strategy-driven space completely outside your agency’s hierarchy. This is not clinical supervision. It’s a collaborative partnership designed to strengthen your professional sustainability, protect your well-being, and help you build a career you can thrive in—not just survive.

Our prep program is designed to crack the code behind the exam. We teach you how to break down each question, pinpoint the true client, identify which stage of practice you’re in—Engagement, Assessment,
Intervention, or Evaluation—and confidently rule out tempting but incorrect answers. Instead of drowning in endless study materials, you’ll follow a focused, actionable plan that makes every minute count.

To become an LCSW in Georgia, you must complete 3,000 clinical hours over at least 36 months, including 2,000 hours of direct client work and 120 hours of clinical supervision.
I offer individual and group supervision with an experienced LCSW, focused on building strong clinical skills, ethical decision‑making, and the confidence you need for independent practice. If you want supervision that supports your growth—not just your paperwork—you’re in the right place.
